Undelivered items since 01/06/2022
I ordered three items but they never send the items to me but they have deducted my money from my accounts I need my money back. I ordered them since 01/06/2022.
I have tried all the means to reach them but To no avail.
I have emailed them too but no response I will never recommend them to anyone. Even if you call their number nobody will pick the call

I received my dress on April 25th and it is hideous. Not at all like the picture on your website.
The color is orange not golden brown and it is not tea length but floor length. The quality is awful. I have e-mailed you 5 times already and have not heard from you. Tried the phone number +86-29-68****63.
So now you have a 15 day return policy and even if I heard from you it would not be returned in time. My loss is $175.00.
I demand return instructions and a full refund.

This is a terrible website. I sent back the items I ordered.
They advertise as a men's website and I received coats for a 9 year old boy, and 2 of the coats weren't what I ordered. I will never order from here again, and I'm posting on Facebook about my experience.
Suggesting people not to order from this site. I had my bank to stop payment..
