Item Not Recieve & Money Hasn't Been Refunded
I purchased a carpet cleaner and I never received it do to it being sent to someone else. I have emails going back and forth with one of the tidebuy employees I was told I would get a refund and never received the refund

Package not delivered
I ordered a Ryobi Brad nailer a month ago thinking what a great deal. Should have known it was a waist of time & money.
Its ridiculous that it takes a whole month for this company to process an order since everything is on line now.
It said it was delivered yesterday I checked the mail today and to my surprise the package had not been delivered. Yet tracking number says it was.

Scamming!!! And FRAUD!!!!!
This is probably the worst site that I have ever tried to order from. Thankfully my bank disputed this.
I tried to order an electric scooter to go and from work, worst mistake. Ive written out numerous emails and sent messages in the site and not a single response.
This site is fraud and a scam. I wouldnt ever trust anyone purchasing off of this.

Have not received miy order
I have not heard anything from them and When I try calling them the phone does not work I've been waiting now for 3 weeks I've not heard anything from this company real or not The wagon that we ordered was for my kids and the data's came in pass now there's no use for the wagon Someone please help me to find out what went wrong I record for my money and and don't want to be scammed

They took money out of my account
