I purchased a dress from this site for an event.That was 2 1/2 weeks ago.

I paid for expedited shipping that so my order was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. My dress has still not come and my event is tomorrow. I have written multiple messages to customer service in regards to this order and they kept reassuring me that it would be here. As of today it has still not even shipped.

Now they are refusing to refund my money and still say they will ship anyway even after trying to cancel the order.Save yourself the trouble and order from another site.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $137. Nichass is overall dissatisfied with Tidebuy. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
