Purchased Dresses and they did not fit. Returned the dresses within 7 days.

Spent $540.00 and Tidebuy only refunded $216.00 and they kept the dresses. They said they refund 40% of my money because they have to pay the employees.

This situation is unacceptable and l have contacted several United States government agencies about Tidebuy and they will conduct investigations. Tidebuy should be shut down,

Tidebuy told me that the item I order was sold out. I checked on their website but it is still listed.

Asking for refund but I didn't get correct amount of my money back.

Please think carefully before order from them. Scam scam scam


I ordered a dress for my wife, 2 weeks later I received an email from Tidebuy saying that the dress is sold out. I asked for refund and they did refund but the amount lesser than what I paid.

Please do not buy from this Chinese scam website. Chinese sucks.
