Resolved: Tidebuy - COMPLAINT- VERY BAD SERVICE
Hi!
I ordered for delivery for some dresses last week.I chose the option expedited shipping and paid extra for it. Still I have not received any tracking number of the package. Its been more than 7 days now.This is totally unacceptable. I will never order again from tidebuy. The service is really bad and slow. I have been emailing them but no reply. Before I ordered, I read the reviews from other customers and still decided to go ahead with my order as I liked their dresses on the photos they posted on the website. Now, I am very concerned about my money. I will sue them if I do not receive my package. the website should be banned.

Tidebuy Cons: Being ripped off, Dishonest refund policy, Very bad customer service.
