Never BUY TO TIDEBUY.

What didn't give an answer for item 78915, when I have wrote your company some times? I have paid the money for the nice drees and not for the small dress, different modeland material.Are you resposible for your clients ? Your duty is only to take the money without to think for more and what happen with the dress that you have sell?I can't belive to you and to your work . Ihave contact with "servis@tidebuy", but they want the photos of the dress, so they don't belive to my request.1- small dress

2-the dress is not like as the picture.

I too have tried contacting them. They sent the wrong dress.

It is not at all what was in the picture and is cheaply made.

It is ill-fitting and I cannot get anyone to call or reply. All I wanted to do was exchange the dress for the correct one, I guess i am stuck with this pitiful dress I could have made myself.

DO NOT BUY from TIDEBUY.

Even though I received the dress I ordered when expected and it looked as expected, the zip is faulty. I have therefore been trying to send it back to get a refund but they are doing everything they can to discourage me- they pretend like they do not understand what the problem is or that they cannot see the pictures I send them to show them where the problem is...

It's been 15 days since I have opened a dispute and each reply I get is more frustrating than the previous ones.

At this rate, I have no idea whether I will get a refund or not, but the best advice I can give you is DO NOT BUY from TIDEBUY because if there is something wrong with your item, it is unlikely that you will easily be able to return it and get your money back... It is the worse and most unreliable online shop I have come across.

Tidebuy in Washington, District Of Columbia - Unreliable and bad service

The dress was poorly made and too short by Tidebuy.com. Waste of time trying to return it. I ended up buying a new dress. Do not throw way your money by ordering from Tidebuy.com . Takes too long for getting a respone from Tibebuy.com. Phone calls to Tidebuy goes to a voice message and then goes blank. The telephone numbers listed on their web site seems to be bogus. Their customer service is poor. Paypal should drop them out. By the time an order arrives and returned in order to file a dispute, 45 day limit to file a dispute runs out. Be aware of what you are getting into unless you like to burn your hard earned money.

Please research all information before buying

from this company. I received a dress and although it resembles the one I ordered, it is

more dowdy and not as expected.

In addition to that, the zipper would not pass the "ruched" area of dress towards top and split while on the hanger!

The company will not refund money and offered $5.00 to purchase new zipper and have althered. This company is not worth the hassle and as we always hear, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"!

DON'T BUY ANY DRESS OR CLOTHES, THE USUAL SIZE ARE NOT RIGHT, THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK, NO REFUND, THE "FREE DELIVERY" ARE ACTUALLY A TRUELY LIE, YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY AFTERWHILE THE TRANSPORTER. THIS IS A SCAM!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!
