Hove not received order.

I ordered for my daughter 2 sweaters from Tidebuy and was very sckeptical because it's a Chinese company. The order made on Dec 3rd 2014, now it is Jan 14, 2015 and still have not seen my shipment. I have emailed them 3 times. They just email me the tracking no. which shows that it's still sitting in there sorting center now for the last 2 weeks. No other help nor reply. They just send me the tracking no. and hopes I will bet my order soon. I should have followed my instinct to not order from them. We may have to contact paypal cause Tidebuy already took our money.

I am having the same issue, ordered a pair og boots Dec 11 and it hasn't moved from despatch center suzhou since the 21 or 22nd and get the same response when I contact them.

Tide Buy took over a month to get me my packages, and still to this day I have not recieved one of the packages totally over 300.00 doolars.

Well, I ordered from tidebuy around February 27, 2015. I received two out of the three packages that I ordered, a month later. So I was trying to give the last package a chance to get here, thinking you know, it is china. So after another week I called DHL(postal courier for china deliveries to the united states), to see where the package was, they told me that there was a issue with my address. They ended up destroying the package. I questioned that, because They had just delivered to packages from Tidebuy to my residence. But they said I needed to take it up with Tidebuy. So I did and they will not do any thing about it.

I'm still waiting since December mate. Don't listen to them when they telling you to wait, because that's what I'm doing for the past month.

and the email you will get from them it will only try to comfort you so to stop complaining for a few days. Those guys are professionals (on giving excuses and buying time)

POOR quality wigs that are missing hair and horrible customer service

I bought a wig from them. It was the wrong color and was missing hair! They said that if I mailed it back to them that they would reimburse my cost and postage. I sent the wig back, paid $120.00 in postage but the wig got stuck in customs where it is today because they would not pay the duties and taxes on the wig as a return. So I'm out the wig, the postage and a lot of time to and from DHL. They are liars and are horrible people to work with. They will rip you off.

I purchased a Chiffon Blouse, it arrived and there was a defect on the blouse, I took a photo and send it to them, they said if I were to return it, I would need to pay for shipping, roughly $5 and that they can only issue me back a $5 refund for the blouse. WHATTTTTTTT???!!!! after several emails I have up because it was hopeless, I got the same respond. I will never purchase from them again. They just want to take your money and doesn't care whether or not you are happy with the item regardless whether it's their fault or not. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I agree with the other pissed off customers. I ordered a red purchase and I have not received this purse yet.

I can't find a phone number to call them. All I found was a 11183 phone number.

I paid with my credit card. If anyone knows another phone number, please post?

Tidebuy is really amazing, I have got my valentine gift, a beautiful party dress. I will wear it to attend my friend's party. Very great. Hope that all of friends will love it.Excellent Service. DO NOT order from this scam site! I ordered from them and what I received was HORRIBLE!!!!! quality and horrible customer service! As well as being cheated with pricing I paid for the advertised expedited shipping and received the order two weeks after the estimated arrival date. When I contacted the company asking for a refund they denied the refund and told me to " please just keep waiting" and refused to take responsibility saying the company they shipped with "sometimes takes a bit longer"! Over a series of emails they ignored my concerns all together and refused to give me any other contact information Seriously?! this is a scam site!!

Hands off Tidebuy!!!

I had bought a dress in the right size, but the sleeves were much too straight (like 1 or 2 sizes smaller). Also I did't like the material and quality and it didn't fit very well. No communication possible! Several mails from me to the support, from the support to me. In the end they even wanted me to take a photo of the dress, although I wrote that it is not damaged. I sent the photo and they answered that they could not find the problem that I mentioned. GRRRRR!!!!! They did not WANT to understand. This is scandalous. As an internet buyer I want to be entitled to send items back that I don't like. The more because I even haven't asked them for bearing the return costs. Never again Tidebuy!! TIDEBYEBYE!!!
