Ordered a dress, triple checked measurements. Got a dress that the measurements were completely wrong on, not wearable. Opened a return, never heard back, tried to chat with a person for an hour who took 10 mins to respond to each question, said theyd only give me $ 50 back. never sent me an address or label. SCAM. They do not respond to emails. Would not contact me. I will have to file a dispute to get my money back with my credit card company. Lady on chat refused to help me. No other way to contact them. Awful company do not waste your money. The dress came with sewn in bra cups that were two inches below the neckline and the arm pit holes were way too high. would fit a person under 5 feet

The company ultimately refunded my money for one dress, less the shipping fee. Sounds like I had a better time than most.

My advice? Dispute it with your credit card company.

The company obviously saw negative reviews I did. They contacted me and offered to refund close to all of the money, but only IF and not UNTIL I took down or deleted the reviews. I replied that I would MODIFY the reviews to reflect their attempts at resolution. The reply came that they would cut the amount of refund in half because I "still did not trust them". Ugh don't waste your time or money with this company. I will add that I kept the second dress (I didn't want to get screwed twice) and paid 100 percent plus significant new shipping costs. The dress is pretty, but not handmade. The company also tried to tell me they "hand make" all dresses to fit the size but that's obviously bs. To TideBuy: If your company had done right in the first place and handled my return/ complaint in an ethical, honest and legitimate manner I wouldn't have felt the need to warn other customers.

After a lot of time and effort and refusing to take down my review the company refunded the cost of the original dress, less the shipping costs.

I found a dress to wear to my Daughter’s Wedding and decided to order a couple of fabric colour samples. I waited 5 week’s and still no sample’s, it was’nt until my Husband submitted a dispute with PayPal as the bill was on the computer waiting for payment - remarkably the day after we emailed the dispute the very next day the samples were shipped. I also must add the shipping cost was $35 AUD for 2 small fabric samples which I also paid $6 AUD each per sample. Due to lack of professionalism I will be shopping elsewhere. I went to submit my review but a prompt appeared (a minimum of 100 words) this is another way of putting off potential customers or existing customers from bothering to go through this process. My daughter didn’t like the look of this site.

Hi, I order a dress for my wife on 02/12 in the amount of $150.32. one 02/14 i received the dress which was defective due to the fact that the dress was not threaded completely and the zipper in the back was broken. I sent an e-mail to customer service on 2/14 the same day that I received it. a few day passed by with no answer from the company. I followed up and on the 2/14 I received an e-mail from customer service indicating that they were sorry for that issue and I should send them pictures. I did that and they send me an e-mail indicating that they will refund me $15 dollars in which I declined, then it was $25, then $30. The last e-mail indicated that I should call customer service and speak with a manager. So I did that 9AM in the US and was told that I should just accept the $30 refund and they will give me a discount on the next item that I buy from them. The customer kept on saying that she is sorry but I have to accept the $30 dollars and she hanged up the phone on me 2 times. I call for the 3rd time and was told that that I should call back in 12 hours to speak to a manager. I did that and called them at 9PM (US time) when I spoke to a men who indicated that they will send me an e-mail and that I should just accept it. I did receive an e-mail which indicate that they will give me 40% which I will not take. I have called my bank and placed a fraud/scam on my card.

none of my order has arrived even though I paid extra for speedy shipping i'm very upset because I ordered the items for a very special trip. i ordered items from other sites and have already received their items without even paying extra for shipping which is ridiculous needless to say this is not what I expect from a company that claims speedy shipping and then charges extra for even speedier shipping we leave for our trip in two days and still nothing has arrived guess I am going to cancel this order and open a dispute with my bank if nothing arrives by 4/24/2018 I have put in many efforts to contact them but so far not even a reply to my email has been made i just don't understand how people can scam you like this and just take your money HORRIBLE Really HORRIBLE But I work online and in blogs so I will get the word out and I will get my money back

I ordered this dress for New Years Eve a month in advance. I arrived the 17th of January.Came from a Chinese company.

I immediately contacted the company for a refund after opening the package and seeing the poor quality of the product inside. The entire neckline was crooked and unstitched. The zipper was sticking up above the neckline. The two back pieces of the neck did not even meet.

When I tried to get RMA to return they asked for pictures. I sent four, then they wanted more pictures. Now I can't send them an email at all, they have blocked my email and removed my account. This is a $144.00 Is this the way they make their money?

Shipping junk and refusing to make it right. Please someone stop these people. They should be stopped from selling on the internet. The dress was not even completed finished.

Not at all like the picture that was presented. We have to be able to keep people from doing things like this to scam us.

Did not receive the dressed advertised

HORRIBLE!!! I would not leave my house in the dress I received. NOT the dress advertised. Exchanged 12 emails with their "customer service" and they still refused to send me return instructions. Their website clearly states they accept returns and exchanges. The card that came with the dress clearly states they accept returns or exchanges, but you have to contact them. After contacting them a dozen times, they still refused to send me return instructions. total scammers. I should have known it was too good to be true (wedding dress for $180) but did not see these reviews until I had unfortunately already made the purchase. report filed with the Better Business Bureau and claim has been filed with m y bank. total nightmare. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I have bought a wedding dress with an order number 175****. The dress came not as described what so ever. The size was not ok. after a long discussion and calling their store. I returned the dress for a refund BUT the store did not refund my money. They sent the money to the bank account that I paid with which I have already closed. The money automatically returns back to them since there is not account anymore to accept the transfer. when I approached them to correct the mistake they just claimed that I have taken the money and refused to cooperate. I lost more than 320 dollars. No dress and no money

I ordered a wedding dress a couple of months ago from Tidebuy. The dress fit horrible and showed up with black smudges on the side. Not only was the dress a disappointment, dealing with the company about returning the dress was even worse. I eventually gave up on returning the dress because they make the process drag on for a couple weeks. I sent them pictures over and over again and there was always some excuse and they requested more. Anytime I was contacted it was by a different associate, never the same one so it was like I was starting back at the beginning. Please do yourself a favor and never spend money with tidebuy.com

Beware customer service and inconsistent/bogus return policy. I ordered a dress and it came, but much too small. They said I couldn't do an exchange, I would have to order a new dress. I did and I immediately returned the original (never worn, out of the bag for 10 minutes). The company received the dress and after weeks I had not received a refund. When I contacted them they asked if I wanted to do an exchange (which I was previously told I could not do). I just asked for the price of the original dress to be refunded and they suddenly claimed the dress was "damaged" and would not give me a refund. The next response email from the company said they would refund me 50% of the cost, minus shipping fees (which I paid) and that they would then re-sell the dress for full price. FRAUD

Appalling service

Purchased 2 dresses that I wished to return I found the quality very poor and one sleeve in one of the dresses was smaller than the other So I followed their policy in regards to their return procedure Emailed twice No response Messaged them Reply was "customer service will be back to you soon" Waited and few weeks messaged again and voiced my frustration as I had done everything that I needed to do to have my product returned by the specified time Once again I received the same response I would never ever buy from this site again I would recommend that nobody buy from them Their return policy is crap....., there isn't one!!!! Their customer service is a joke I would say that they just rip people off Don't risk it ppl

Avoid wedding catastrophe and DO NOT order from this company. I am an avid online shopper and have never experienced the unprofessionalism as I have with Tidebuy. I should have trusted my instinct when I noticed the spelling and grammatical errors on their website. I would suggest using reliable companies such as Eshakti, Nordstrom, Modcloth, JCrew, and/or Amazon. These are all companies I have purchased and returned clothing items with no hassle. Below details the timeline of my poor experience with Tidebuy. - Took my measurements and ordered dress according to Tidebuy’s size chart. Dress was too big and long. I attempted to return the dress according to Tidebuy’s return policy. Return Policy : 1. You may return & exchange within 15 days from the delivered date. 2. Items must be unused, undamaged and with original tags and packaging. 3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer - 1st email from Tidebuy - they said it was a custom made dress and “we just finished this dress per your request.” I did not order a custom made dress, I clicked a size according to their measurements. They also suggested “i have an idea to cut your loss.You can sell it to someone or give it to your relatives as a gift.” They said they would refund up to 50%. - 2nd email from Tidebuy - admitted it was not a custom made dress, “Yes,you don't choose the custom size.” But they still would not give me a refund. - 3rd email from Tidebuy - They will refund 70% of the dress, but not the rest “as we have paid shipping fee to the logistic company and it is the international shipping , the shipping fee is not cheap.hope you can understand.” Tidebuy will not refund my money. - 4th email from Tidebuy - “we had paid $46.94 expedited shipping fee on your dress when we send it to you.” I did not choose expedited shipping. I choose standard shipping, and this particular order was free shipping per the Tidebuy App. Tidebuy will still not refund my money. - 5th email from Tidebuy where they admitted I did not choose expedited shipping. “Yes,you choose standard shipping($32.15) and we send you by expedited shipping, no matter what kind of shipping, we had to pay for the logistic company.and we paid raw material cost and labor fee after you placed order.” Tidebuy still still not refund my money.
