I ordered four dresses using their fit guide.Three out of four arrived, and were cut so poorly I couldn't get them over my shoulders. Emailed them several times for a return label and process and NEVER had any responses. The fourth dress never arrived and I paid for it. I bought a dress two sizes too big, and it was so tiny it didn't fit. The quality is very poor, it just looks cheap (and I didn't pay a small price for it). I contacted the company and told them that the quality was poor, too small, and that I no longer wanted it. They basically told me i was *** and bought the wrong size and that was my fault. I have called and sent mail regarding the order i made. Out of four pairs of shoes i bought, one got ripped at first use order number 1497964 and i made another order for shirts and evening dress for my wife in order 1564777. My wife's dress was ok. Such a bad customer care system and poor returns policy. Don't buy it from them.

I placed an order approximately 5 weeks ago, I was charged full amount within 2 or 3 days of placing my order. Have been told via email that two items are out of stock. I still have not received any part of the order, and have I not received credit for out of stock items. I bought a dress 2 sizes bigger and still didnt fit so i sent it back they clain they never got it and never issued a i lost my money and the dress the told me to send it to....

I bought two bad quality dresses, they made difficulties for me to return them making ludicrous excuses. I had to take pictures of why i did not want them. Finally, i was so pissed off that i sent the return to their UK address i found on their site. Eventhough the insured package was received and signed for. They continued to claim they never received it. I scannec the proof and even with the proof the do no want to reimburse me. Read more
