I also ordered suede boots that came as some horrible fabric that probably never even been close to suede , the sole was all uneven , other shoes where also very uncomfortable like made of cardboard , they we called Light in the Box when i ordered from them , just look at those strange prices and you know , they will surely change their name again, wasted money , i had my hopes as my feet are... I ordered a dress about a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have been messaging them and all they keep telling me is that the dress is on it's way. Don't you think I would know that already? I was asking why it was taking so long and if there was a possible tracking number that I could have. Of course they gave me a tracking number to a chinese mail tracking website that doesn't work.... Irresponsible company. I never ordered from nor have I even visited this website, EVER, yet I received a confirmation email somehow. This email contained secure and confidential information about a customer's purchase. I would think twice before buying anything from there. Add comment

I bought a lovely pair of SUEDE (that is the key word here) boots. They arrived after 3 weeks (much longer than instructed) and as soon as I opened the box, the smell nearly knocked me out first of all, then the fact the boots are a nasty tacky velour backed plastic and not suede. I'm beyond pissed because I bought dresses for 50 bucks and that was 14 days ago. I received nothing.. So if they are in a poor quality as well, I'll freak out completely. Add comment

HORRIBLE company and customer service. When I received my dress, it was too small in the bust area. I followed the measuring directions of myself, then after finding out it was too small, measured the dress as directed and sent pictures as a disputed order.
