People, I am highly suggesting everyone NOT to buy anything from Tidebuy or TBDress, this company is a scam. If you want to take risk of your money and you will know if you tried to order a product from them but don't expect that they will return your money back if you are not satisfied with their products because no matter what, they will never ever return your money. This *** Tidebuy company should be banned forever! They will just take your money, their products are overpriced for a poor quality they have. They are made from China, their materials they use for the gowns are so cheap, their sizing is horrible and way way different from the pictures they have in their website. Poor customer service...unwilling to return a dress that did not fit for a full refund. Do not do business wth this company. Shoddy business practices to say the least. Dispute your charge with credit card company. Add comment

Hi! I ordered for delivery for some dresses last week.I chose the option expedited shipping and paid extra for it. Still I have not received any tracking number of the package. I just bought this product the price is only $20 .11 but they charge me $55.11 this is not right Add comment

I ordered three bridesmaids dresses from them and paid 300 euro. When they arrived I had to pay a further 33 euro VAT. And when I took out the dresses they were the wrong size and two of them had holes in them and we're not finished properly.
